You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
4. SMS Messaging Program Terms
4.1 Program Description
Cliently Technologies LLC may send transactional SMS messages including account notifications, service updates, onboarding instructions, order confirmations, support communications, and system alerts related to services you have requested.
Marketing messages are not sent under the currently registered campaign.
Messages may be sent by live agents or AI-assisted systems. Message frequency varies based on account activity and user interaction.
4.2 Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications from Cliently Technologies LLC.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.3 Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with TCPA and applicable regulations.

Users are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining and documenting required consent
• Providing legally required disclosures
• Complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules
• Honoring opt-outs immediately
• Ensuring lawful message and call content
Cliently provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee compliance.
7. Carrier and Provider Disclaimers
SMS and voice delivery depend on third-party carriers and providers and are not guaranteed.
Carriers may block, throttle, filter, delay, label, or restrict traffic at their discretion.
Cliently does not guarantee deliverability, call completion, message timing, throughput, or routing.
AI-generated calls may be labeled as spam or automated depending on carrier and device settings.
Caller ID reputation and spam labeling vary by carrier and device.
Carrier content and throughput restrictions may apply.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cliently for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited activities including spam or unauthorized automated outreach.
Cliently may suspend or terminate accounts that pose compliance or legal risk.
9. Fees and Billing
Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
10. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Cliently a limited license to host and process data solely to provide the Service.
11. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cliently does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliently’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cliently Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, fines, or expenses arising from:
• Communications sent through your account
• Failure to obtain required consent
• Violations of laws or carrier policies
• Content distributed via your account
